    Land Sales and Land Acquisition

    Land sales and acquisitions involve the purchase or sale of raw land. Whether you're looking to sell a piece of property or looking to purchase a piece of property for building a home, moving in a mobile or manufactured home, subdividing, starting a business, or even looking to purchase land for a hunting lease, we can help. We’ll assist in scheduling the environmental studies, percolation testing, acquiring a current survey, or scheduling to have a new survey completed.

    Mobile / Manufactured Homes

    Buying or selling a mobile or manufactured home requires a few extra steps compared to a stick-built home. There are special requirements that must be in place before completing these sales. Knowing and recognizing these can be the difference between a successful transaction or not. We have experience with recognizing the necessary HUD requirements, while having Structural Engineers who certify foundational requirements needed for loans to be approved.
